About the Job:

• Reporting to the Head of PMO, you’ll be in charge of the program management team and activities for the Endpoint Security product line. 

• This role combines both, team leadership and hands on program management.

• You’ll be responsible for leading and growing several program managers as well as leading critical programs to make Trellix a leader in the Endpoint Security space. 

• You’ll be partnering with the VP of Products and Engineering leaders, as well as working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure delivery of the product roadmap.

• Your day to day will include driving program core meetings, reporting to senior leadership, team building and support, creative thinking about solving blockers and a lot of diverse activities. Every day is going to be a new set of fun challenges.

About You:

• Experienced program manager: 6+ years of experience in program management across all program phases: inception, definition, planning, building, delivering… and covering all aspects: requirements, risks, calendar, dependencies… 

• People leader: strong people management skills and solid experience building and leading program management teams. Humble leaders that always lead by example. 5+ years experience in leadership and people management roles.

• Team player: Committed to your team and your pears. Listen to others. Always focused on team goals over office politics.

• Data driven: Experience using data and metrics to make decisions and drive improvements. 

• Strategist: Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership. 

• Great communicator: You’re an active listener that masters verbal and nonverbal communication, able to synthesize and present information to executives and all levels of management. 

• Have experience in both agile and waterfall frameworks. PMP certification or demonstrable  experience is highly desired. SAFe is a plus.
