About the Role:

  • Partnering with Trellix legal, business, and engineering stakeholders to identify regulatory, compliance, or other risks.

  • Reporting current state and potential changes to the status quo to Sr. Leaders on a regular basis.

  • Be a reference point for data privacy and data protection principles and associated legislation, NIS, CSA, CRA, C5, Common Criteria, FIPS,National/European accreditation schemes, etc.

  • Own the Data Certification portfolio, leading key strategic programs as well as coordinating the portfolio management activities across all product lines.

  • Lead complex product certification programs across all Trellix security product lines (Data, Endpoint, Network, Email, SecOps, …).

  • Lead and oversee the end-to-end management of the certification lifecycle, ensuring compliance with federal security standards.

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation related to product certification and compliance.

  • Provide management level visibility and reporting on project status and risk.

About You:

  • Strong program manager: You bring 3+ years of program or project management experience.

  • Data driven: Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.

  • Great communicator: You’re an active listener that masters verbal and nonverbal communication, able to synthesize and present information to executives and all levels of management. 

  • A team player with an always-can-do attitude: You have the ability to tackle challenges head-on with positivity.

  • Serious understanding of the fundamentals of IT-/Cybersecurity including data privacy and data protection principles and associated legislation, NIS, CSA, CRA, C5, Common Criteria, FIPS and National/European accreditation schemes.

  • Ability to interpret internal/external business challenges and regulatory requirements to develop and recommend best practices to improve processes or services.

  • Familiarity with security considerations for cloud, SaaS and on-premises environments and how they are impacted by quantum computing and privacy and data security requirements.

  • Deep knowledge on Fundamentals of Cryptography.
