Role Overview:

We are seeking a talented Software Engineer with the knowledge in Java/Python and JavaScript to join our dynamic team. As a Software Engineer, you will play a key role in the design, development, and implementation of our software solutions, contributing to the full software development lifecycle.

About the Role:

• Technical Direction: Provide technical direction for product sub-systems, application research, design, analysis, testing, process improvement, and troubleshooting.
• Problem Solving: Independently and efficiently resolve moderately complex problems through creative and out-of-the-box thinking.
• Skill Development: Take responsibility for updating personal skills and contributing to technical growth within the team.
• Project Collaboration: Establish relationships with internal and external subject matter experts on multiple cross-career area teams for small to medium-sized projects.
• Communication: Demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills to effectively build and maintain relationships with team members and stakeholders.
• Alignment and Support: Receive and support general direction from more senior engineers with a positive attitude, even when it may not align with personal preferences.
• Mentorship: Act as a mentor to junior engineers, providing guidance and support to foster their development.

About You:

• Minimum of 5 years of related experience in software engineering.
•  Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• Technical Skills:
• Demonstrable proficiency in Node, Python, Java, JavaScript, as well as front-end technologies.
• Successful delivery of coded solutions that met requirements and deployed to production.
• Proficient in the usage of engineering support technologies such as Git, TeamCity, Static Code Analysis, Jira, Agile, VS Code, and debugging skills.
• Capable of understanding and working with multi-process, cooperative workflows on Linux.
• Eagerness to learn new skills and apply them to older technologies.
