Role Overview:

Looking for Senior Software Developer ( Python) to be part of a team that will develop software systems and tools to assist in research activities and create innovative ways of detecting and blocking malicious activities. Work on integrated systems hosted in cloud to seamlessly deliver our detection solutions to customers!!

About the Role :

• Work with engineers and other cross functional teams including Research, Project management, Quality Assurance, Operations etc. to develop great software that meets internal needs with respect to functionality, reliability, performance, scalability
• Collaborate with research teams to understand the use case thoroughly
• Deliver on long term and short-term product goals
• Understanding of existing frameworks within the organization 
• Focused on developing clean code
• Review code of team members and provide constructive feedback
   

About You:

• 5 to 8 years of experience in development of scalable software preferably in Python.
• Hands on development experience on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP)
• Good understanding of Object-oriented programming concepts
• Expert in web development/API development using python Django/flask
• Good understanding of Docker
• Excellent understanding of Data structures and operating system concepts
• Good knowledge of UI technologies like HTML, CSS and JavaScript with a passion to learn more
• Sound Understanding of Security domain concepts and System design
• Database understanding that can handle large amount of data
• Unix/Linux OS knowledge
• Must be a motivated, detail-oriented individual and a good team player
• Good problem solving & analytical skills
• Excellent Computer Science fundamentals
• Be innovative and ready to adapt in a fast-paced environment
