Role Overview:

The Solutions Marketing Manager is responsible for bridging the gap between global marketing and product strategy and the specific needs of the APJ market. While global teams produce a high volume of GTM content, this role ensures those assets are adapted, packaged, and distributed effectively for regional sales teams and channel partners.

You will act as the connective layer between global product marketing, field marketing, ABM, and channel teams, ensuring that messaging remains relevant, culturally nuanced, and usable. This role will create new materials relevant to specific legislation and regulatory requirements, while also strategically adapting existing materials to drive partner enablement and sales productivity across the region.

2. Key Responsibilities

  • Adapt and localise global product marketing updates, sales plays and other sales materials into market-relevant formats for APJ sales and channel audiences.

  • Manage translation workflows and maintain vendor relationships across priority APJ languages.

  • Translate global messaging for local market nuances while maintaining strict brand and product positioning guardrails.

  • Build, maintain, and execute eDM and newsletter programs for internal (sales) and external (channel) audiences.

  • Develop and scale reusable content templates and playbooks for Field Marketing Managers (FMMs) and ABM team to drive efficiency.

  • Package content into structured bundles with distinct messaging tracks for sales and partner audiences

  • Own and maintain the APJ partner portal, ensuring content remains current with global updates.

  • Localize global demand generation and thought leadership campaigns for APJ 

  • Adapt global demand generation and thought leadership campaigns for partner implementation

  • Act as the strategic connective layer between global product marketing, global solutions marketing, APJ field marketing, ABM, and channel teams.

  • Proactively identify and flag content gaps before they impact sales or partner activities.

  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness and adoption of distributed content.

 

3. Role Requirements

  • 4-7 years of experience in marketing content or communications.

  • Demonstrated experience in the Cybersecurity or SaaS industry is a must.

  • Proven track record of managing APJ regional marketing initiatives.

  • Fluency in spoken and written English is required. Business proficiency in Chinese, Mandarin, or Japanese is highly advantageous to effectively communicate across key regional markets but not required. 

  • Experience working with global content teams and adapting output for regional markets.

  • Strong writing skills with the discipline to adhere to established brand and messaging guardrails.

  • Hands-on experience owning translation and localization vendor relationships.

  • Familiarity with portal/CMS management and marketing automation platforms.

  • Strong APJ market or cultural familiarity.

  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote, Individual Contributor capacity.

  • Strong communicator with the ability to distill complex global messaging into actionable local assets.
