Designed to identify and cultivate the next generation of Trellix leadership, our Emerging Leader Associate Program is a competitive two-year graduate rotation. Participants build a comprehensive foundation in cybersecurity across multiple disciplines while launching a high-impact career through this strategic development initiative.

The Trellix Emerging Leader Program is a 2-year graduate rotation program, designed to find and develop the next generation of diverse company leaders, and launch them into a successful career at Trellix. This is a highly competitive program designed to provide individuals an opportunity to build comprehensive knowledge of cybersecurity products and services while developing their technical skills and business acumen, communication skills, and internal and external networks.

The Emerging Leader Program Details

About the Role

The Emerging Leader Program is a two-year program designed to build organizational and product knowledge.

You will experience a multi-month rotation across Trellix in Sales, Sales Engineering, Professional Services, Product Marketing, and Operations and Support, with the ultimate goal of kick-starting your career in one of these business organizations. In each of the rotations, you will work on projects critical to Trellix’s growth.

During the program, you will:

  • Define innovative services and go-to-market strategies that will impact the way people and companies protect their data and intellectual property
  • Develop and execute innovative marketing designed to accelerate Trellix business
  • Build strong relationships with Trellix customers and utilize those relationships to implement winning sales strategies
About You
  • You have a passion for, knowledge of, and proficiency with technology
  • You exemplify strong interpersonal, oral/presentation, and written communication skills
  • You are a creative risk-taker with strong character and emotional intelligence

Minimum Qualifications to Open the Door to Career Opportunities

  • AS, BS or MS degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field
  • Candidate must have permanent right to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
  • 3.0 GPA or better
  • Experience or coursework in technology, systems engineering, or IT
  • Interest in customer-facing roles, such as sales, pre-sales engineering, marketing, or customer service
