You will play a pivotal role in supporting the sales cycle by delivering compelling product demonstrations, technical presentations, and proof of value engagements. Working closely with Account Executives and broader go-to-market teams, you will help drive revenue growth and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the pre-sales process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Sales, Channel, and Technical teams to identify and qualify customer opportunities.

  • Understand customer security architectures and business goals to position Trellix solutions effectively.

  • Deliver technical presentations, live demonstrations, and proof of concept (PoC) engagements.

  • Translate complex technical concepts into clear business value propositions.

  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers and partners throughout the sales cycle.

  • Maintain deep knowledge of Trellix’s portfolio, including EDR, XDR, NDR, Email Security, and DLP.

  • Support partner enablement and training efforts across the region.

  • Provide feedback to Product Management and Engineering teams based on customer insights.

  • Ensure technical alignment and compliance with customer requirements during the evaluation process.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).

  • 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity pre-sales or technical consulting roles.

  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, threat detection, response, and remediation.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in Portuguese and English (Spanish is a plus).

  • Hands-on experience with security products such as EDR, SIEM, SOAR, NDR, and Email Security platforms.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

  • Familiarity with the Brazilian market and enterprise customer landscape is a strong advantage.

Preferred Skills

  • Industry certifications (e.g., CISSP, CEH, OSCP, Trellix/McAfee certifications)

  • Experience working with channel partners and MSSPs

  • Knowledge of cloud security (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid environments
