Role Overview:
Strong knowledge of cybersecurity concepts, products, and industry standards; hands-on experience with cloud security, SSO, authentication, and REST APIs is highly desirable.
About the role-
- Responsible for the distribution, installation, operations, and troubleshooting of security products on our corporate environment.
- Participate in hardware/software projects and deployment plans. Analyze work group systems and recommend solutions.
- Execute production processes. Perform/manage changes to compute environment.
- Manage virus protection procedures on end points. Drive day to day business needs by managing processes and/or workflow.
- Responds to customer/client requests or events as they occur. Develops solutions to problems utilizing formal education, ITIL best practices, and judgement.
About you –
- Proven experience in technical support with a focus on cybersecurity.
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity concepts, products, and industry standards; hands-on experience with cloud security, SSO, authentication, and REST APIs is highly desirable.
- Skilled in troubleshooting, communication, and customer service, ensuring effective issue resolution and client satisfaction.
- Proficient with support and workflow management tools such as Jira, along with process automation experience.
- Background in working with cybersecurity product companies or supporting SaaS-based security solutions.
- Holder of relevant industry certifications (e.g., CISSP, CompTIA Security+, ITIL).
- If knowledge of Trellix products it would be an added benefit (like ePO, DLP, SCP, TnE)
- Experienced in incident response, escalation handling, and crisis management.
- Strong analytical and process-oriented approach, with focus on driving efficiency and consistency.
- Experienced in process improvement, KPI tracking, and performance management.
