Role Overview:

In this role,As a Sr SDET you will be responsible for Testing and Automating of various features of Trellix’s Security products like Email Security (EX), Malware Analysis (AX), File Protect (FX) .

About the role: 

  • Analysing the Requirements
  • Participating in preparing Test Plans
  • Preparing Test Data’s and Test Environment to execute the test cases
  • Executing the Test Cases and Raising defect giving mandatory information of the defect to developers
  • Build effective and maintainable automation scripts
  • Executing the automation regression release on release and raising defects if any
  • Good understanding of Test process
  • Status Reporting in timely manner and highlighting any risks/issues
  • Work effectively with senior engineers within the Business Unit
  • Build effective and maintainable automation scripts

About you:
 

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s in computer science or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • 4-9 years of experience in QA and automation using Python, Selenium, Restful API, Playwright)
  • Good debugging and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in working on Unix/Linux environment.
  • Familiarity with virtualised environments like Docker, AWS, Azure
  • Passion for quality with customer focus
  • Strong oral and written communication skills are a must
