Role Overview:
As a Revenue Enablement Specialist, you will support the Regional Enablement Leads in delivering scalable, engaging, and measurable enablement programs across the revenue organization.
This role sits at the intersection of program coordination, content management, instructional design, platform administration, communications, and analytics. You will partner closely with Regional Enablement Leads, Product Marketing, Technical Marketing, Revenue Operations, and Subject Matter Experts to ensure teams have the right learning, content, tools, and resources at the right time.
You will help keep enablement programs running smoothly, maintain an organized and effective content ecosystem, manage virtual enablement experiences, pull and analyze reporting, and identify opportunities to continuously improve the seller and learner experience
About Role
1. Regional Enablement & Program Support

Partner closely with Regional Enablement Leads to support the planning, coordination, and execution of regional and global enablement priorities.

Support programs including onboarding, certifications, sales plays, workshops, webinars, continuous learning, and sales meetings.

Maintain program calendars, project plans, timelines, action trackers, and key deliverables.

Coordinate presenters, Subject Matter Experts, content, dry runs, invitations, reminders, attendance, surveys, and follow-up communications.

Support Regional Enablement Leads with recurring communications, program administration, and cross-functional follow-up.

Help ensure enablement programs are delivered consistently while allowing for appropriate regional needs.

Support cross-functional priority projects and step into additional workstreams as required.
2. Content, Learning & Platform Management
-
Audit, organize, and maintain the central repository of enablement assets to ensure materials are accurate, current, and easy to find.

Establish and maintain tagging taxonomies, naming conventions, categorization standards, and content lifecycle processes.

Partner with Enablement Leads and Subject Matter Experts to translate strategic priorities into practical, bite-sized learning experiences.

Build engaging enablement content including job aids, playbooks, pitch decks, facilitator materials, videos, and interactive e-learning modules.

Simplify complex product, marketing, technical, and sales concepts into clear and practical learning assets.

Develop and maintain structured onboarding, certification, and continuous learning pathways within the Content and Learning Management System.

Manage Zoom for enablement programs, including creating meetings and webinars, setting up registration, managing presenters and panelists, configuring session settings, running dry runs, and organizing recordings.

Ensure webinar links, calendar invitations, presenter access, recordings, and post-session resources are managed accurately and consistently.

Troubleshoot basic platform or content issues and coordinate with internal administrators or vendors when required.
3. Reporting, Analytics & Continuous Improvement

Pull and maintain reporting across enablement platforms, LMS systems, Zoom, CRM, and other relevant tools.

Track key enablement metrics including:

Participation and attendance

Webinar participation

Feedback and satisfaction scores

Analyze data to identify trends, adoption gaps, low-performing content, duplicate resources, and areas where additional enablement may be required.

Conduct surveys and feedback loops with sellers, managers, and other end users.

Provide actionable recommendations on what programs or content should be improved, expanded, consolidated, refreshed, or retired.
-
Identify opportunities to improve processes, automate recurring activities, simplify workflows, and enhance the overall seller experience.
-
Help standardize templates, reporting, communications, and operating processes across regions.
-
Measure the effectiveness of enablement activities and use insights to drive continuous improvement.
About You
-
8+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Revenue Enablement, Learning & Development, Content Management, Instructional Design, Program Coordination, or a related role.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to support multiple regional programs, timelines, stakeholders, and deadlines.

Proven ability to create clear, engaging, and practical learning content or documentation.
-
Ability to pull reporting, interpret data, identify trends, and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
-
Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts.

Demonstrated ability to work effectively with Enablement Leads, SMEs, and cross-functional stakeholders across regions and time zones.

A proactive mindset with the ability to identify gaps, recommend improvements, and help streamline processes.

Comfortable learning and administering a range of enablement, learning, reporting, and collaboration platforms.
