Role Overview:
The Quoting Operations Analyst will support end-to-end quoting and sales operations for all regions globally, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of quotes and related data.
About the role :

Create, review, and deliver accurate customer quotes in a timely manner.

Process quote corrections, revisions, and updates based on sales or customer requirements.

Quick in absorbing process changes and implementing them effectively.

Perform daily, weekly, and monthly report/data analysis/dashboards in SF to support leadership and sales teams.

Conduct forecast and grant validations as per internal guidelines and compliance requirements.

Prepare, maintain, and analyze deal trackers and dashboards to support ongoing business operations.

Collaborate with sales teams and internal stakeholders (Pricing, CRM, CD, MDM, Order Ops, Licensing, etc.) to resolve quote-related issues.

Handle inbound and outbound communication with sales and other internal teams through calls, emails, and messaging platforms.

Support backend sales operations, ensuring smooth workflow and process accuracy.

Maintain strong documentation standards and update operational records consistently.

Ensure adherence to security protocols while handling cybersecurity-related data.

Quickly learn new tools, systems, and implement them effectively.

Contribute to team knowledge sharing, collaboration, and continuous process improvement.
About you :

Bachelor’s degree with minimum 2-3 years of experience in the similar industry

Experience in quoting, CPQ tools, order management, or sales operations, similar any O2C operations
-
Experience in creating business documents

Proficient in Google Office tools like GSheets, GDocs, GSlides etc., reporting tools, and basic data analysis.

Work Conditions :

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Shift Hours: US Business Hours (Night Shift) – 6:30 pm to 3:30 am

Communication: Frequent calls, emails, and interactions with internal sales teams and other operational and cross functional teams.
