Role Overview:

Work alongside consultants and security engineers to support customer implementations, deployments, and post-sales engagements for enterprise security solutions.

Responsibilities
– Assist Professional Services consultants and engineers with customer onboarding and solution deployment activities

– Support implementation and configuration of cybersecurity platforms in customer environments

– Participate in meetings, workshops, and project status calls

– Help troubleshoot technical issues during deployments and escalate findings when appropriate

– Perform basic log analysis, system validation, and testing activities

– Create and maintain technical documentation, implementation guides, and knowledge base articles

– Track project tasks, milestones, and customer deliverables

– Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Support, Engineering, Customer Success, and Sales

– Assist with internal lab testing and proof-of-concept environments

– Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach throughout engagements

Requirements
– Currently pursuing in a degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, EEE or equivalent.
– This will be a full time, 6 months internship with flexible work arrangements
