Role Overview:

This hybrid role combines core pricing operations expertise with light analytics and insight generation to support the company’s broader pricing transformation agenda.

About the role:

1. Pricing Operations (Core Scope)

– Handle SKU creation and pricing data management in SAP for the global product portfolio; ensure accuracy and completeness.

– Understand downstream impacts of pricing data on revenue recognition, fulfillment, entitlements, quoting, order processing, and invoicing; anticipate issues and recommend alternatives.

– Perform quality assurance checks within established pricing frameworks and ensure alignment across regions.

– Work with cross-functional teams — Product Management, IT, Revenue, Tax, and Cost Accounting — to validate functionality and ensure all pricing-related deliverables are met.

– Log, track, and follow through on production issues until closure.

– Provide month-end and quarter-end production support for Sales and Order Operations teams

Worldwide.

-Manage the timely communication of updated price books, product catalogs, and sales collateral to the network of distributors and resellers to ensure market alignment

2. Analytics, Insights & Transformation

– Build simple dashboards and trackers to monitor pricing data quality, workflow accuracy, and

operational health.

– Work with Commercial Finance to support basic insights for decision-making and strategic reviews.

– Identify recurring issues or patterns in pricing execution and share structured observations for

continuous improvement.

– Support pricing transformation initiatives by bringing clarity to current processes and highlighting opportunities for simplification.

– Create concise summaries and visualizations to communicate trends, pain points, and process gaps.

About you :

– 5–8 years of Operations experience, specifically working with SAP (MM/SD/PP preferred).

– Proficient in Google Workspace and MS Office (pivot tables, basic analytics, Excel macros a plus).

– Comfortable working with data — able to clean datasets, verify accuracy, and prepare simple

dashboards.

– Strong analytical thinking with the ability to recognize patterns, trends, and root causes in operational data.

– Strong communication skills, both written and oral.

– High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

– Self-starter with strong ownership and follow-through.

– Exposure to M&A; integration activities is a plus.
