Your work will directly impact pipeline generation, reporting accuracy, and the overall scalability of marketing operations.

About the role:

  • Partner closely with Demand Generation, Content, and Web teams to bring campaigns to life

  • Maintain and optimize lead lifecycle processes, including lead routing, scoring, and lifecycle stages

  • Monitor and troubleshoot sync between Marketo and Salesforce to ensure data accuracy and consistency

  • Support list segmentation, data hygiene, and enrichment efforts to improve targeting and performance

  • Refine and document operational processes to improve efficiency, scalability, and repeatability

  • Assist in building and maintaining reporting frameworks for campaign performance and attribution

  • Identify opportunities to improve automation and reduce manual effort across marketing programs

About you:

  • You are highly detail-oriented and take pride in executing campaigns with precision and accuracy

  • You are naturally curious and enjoy improving processes and finding more efficient ways of working

  • You collaborate effectively across teams and build strong working relationships with stakeholders

  • You are comfortable managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • You think critically about data and understand how it impacts campaign performance and reporting

  • You have in-depth knowledge building and managing campaigns in Marketo and Salesforce

  • Your background includes executing marketing campaigns, managing lead lifecycles, and supporting demand generation efforts

  • You have familiarity with lead scoring models, segmentation strategies, and marketing automation best practices

  • You are comfortable troubleshooting system issues and understanding how data flows between platforms

  • You are knowledgable working with marketing data, reporting, and campaign performance analysis

  • You are a Marketo Certified Expert or have minimum 4 years working hands-on in Marketo

Base Pay Range: $100,000 to $130,000.  Actual base pay within this range will depend on varying circumstances, including the work location, individual qualifications, company budget, and other operational business needs.
