Role Overview:

There are several functions within Trellix contributing towards the organizational success, and the Deal Desk Analyst (DDA) is one of them. We are one of the key functions under the finance group, we are looking for enthusiastic, skillful candidates & mastered the “Japanese language” to join the team. The function of the DDA is to provide direct support to the Sales Team and business units in the approval of quotes for existing partners and customers to ensure that the Sales department can meet its target and profitability.

About the role:

  • The function of the KDA is to provide direct support to the Sales Team and business units in approval of quotes for existing partners and customers to ensure that the Sales department can meet its target and profitability. 
  • Quote Analysis and Approval.
  • Data/Pricing Analysis.
  • Analyzing Deal requirement and Discounting reason.
  • Co-ordinate with Sales Management for sales approval.
  • Assets and Entitlement Validation.
  • Assisting sales team in the entire approval process.

About you:

  • 2 or more years of experience in the similar industry.
  • Superior customer service skills and attitude.
  • Ability to learn and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to blend and share information within team members.
  • Excellent written and documentation skills – English and Japanese.
  • Experience in creating procedural documentation.
  • Experience in administrating knowledgebase.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS-office.
