Role Overview:
We are seeking an ambitious, early-career Channel Sales Associate to join our Benelux team. This role is ideal for an enthusiastic professional eager to build a career in technology sales and channel management. Working closely with senior channel leadership, you will help support and grow our partner network across the Benelux region, assist with partner enablement and training, and coordinate regional marketing and sales initiatives. If you are a proactive communicator with a passion for cybersecurity and a drive to learn, this is an excellent opportunity to grow within a fast-paced environment.
About the Role:
- Support the day-to-day management of existing channel partners, helping them build solution competency and program engagement.
- Assist in onboarding and recruiting new regional partners to expand market reach.
- Help organize and deliver partner enablement programs, sales toolkits, and training sessions.
- Collaborate with regional sales managers to maintain territory plans and track partner pipelines.
- Act as a responsive operational liaison between local channel partners and internal teams.
- Assist in preparing data and presentations for Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
- Coordinate co-marketing campaigns, webinars, and trade show attendance with partner teams.
- Maintain accurate partner data, pipelines, and interaction logs within the CRM system.
- Monitor industry trends and competitive activity within the regional channel landscape.
About You:
- Languages: Fluent in both Dutch and English (written and verbal).
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in sales support, business development, customer success, or channel operations (technology or cybersecurity background is a plus).
- Communication: Strong interpersonal, written, and presentation skills with an ability to build positive working relationships.
- Ecosystem Awareness: Foundational understanding of how technology channel partners (VARs, Distributors, System Integrators) operate.
- Drive & Mindset: Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn complex technical sales environments.
- Teamwork: Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Technical Presales).
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
- Interest in developing technical knowledge across cybersecurity, cloud, and networking technologies.
- Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and take initiative on daily tasks.
