Role Overview:

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and motivated candidate with one to three years of experience to join our finance team.

In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for processing vendor invoices. This position offers an excellent opportunity for an early-career finance professional to deepen their accounting expertise and contribute to efficient financial operations.

The primary responsibility of this position is managing vendor invoices and payments in SAP. This includes performing due diligence according to established checklists and utilizing expertise in SAP’s invoice processing and payment modules. Prior experience with the 3-way match approach in SAP is preferred.

Key responsibilities include:

  – Invoice and Payment Processing: Ensuring all payments across US, APAC, EMEA, and LATAM regions are executed with high accuracy and within defined SLAs.
  – Query Management: Serving as the point of contact for vendor and internal stakeholder queries, resolving complex or non-standard issues through proactive root-cause analysis.
  – Reporting and Analysis: Utilizing Excel to prepare weekly, monthly, and yearly KPI reports, funding payment forecasts, and cash disbursement matrices.
  – Stakeholder Engagement: Establishing and maintaining effective relationships with supply chain, procurement, treasury, and external business partners.
  – Process Improvement: Driving global business process and system improvements to increase productivity and efficiency.

The ideal candidate must demonstrate high attention to detail, be a collaborative team player, and show flexibility in undertaking various activities within the scope of accounts payable
