About the role:

• Assist with the processing of supplier invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal procedures.

• Match purchase orders and invoices to ensure correct payment amounts.

• Support in resolving invoice discrepancies and supplier queries in a timely and professional manner.

• Assist in preparing weekly payment runs.

• Help maintain accurate accounts payable files, records and basic reporting aspects.

• Learn and follow all relevant financial regulations and company policies.

• Provide administrative support to the wider finance team as required.

• End-to-end accounts payable process.

• Use of accounting and ERP software (e.g., SAP & Ariba).

• Basic bookkeeping and financial controls.

• Communication and negotiation with stake holders.

• Financial compliance and internal controls.

• Collaboration with other departments such as procurement, supplier on boarding and finance operations.

About you:

• Graduate or above degree in accounts.

• Interest in finance, accounting, or business administration.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Good organizational and time management skills.

• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other Office applications.
