Role Overview:
Marketing Automation Manager responsible for administering and optimizing Marketo and Salesforce to execute scalable campaigns, manage lead lifecycle and scoring, ensure data integrity and system integration, and drive measurable pipeline impact through effective marketing operations.

As a key member of the Marketing Operations team, and reporting to the Director of Marketing Operations, this role is responsible for owning and optimizing our marketing automation and CRM ecosystem, with a focus on Marketo and Salesforce. The primary goal is to drive scalable, high-quality campaign execution and ensure an efficient lead lifecycle that directly contributes to pipeline growth. This individual will play a central role in aligning Marketing and Sales systems, improving data integrity, and enabling accurate performance measurement across the funnel.
About the role:

Build, QA, and launch multi-channel marketing campaigns including email, landing pages, forms, and nurture programs

Partner closely with Demand Generation teams to operationalize campaigns and initiatives

Maintain and improve data quality, segmentation strategies, and database governance standards

Own day-to-day administration of Marketo, ensuring systems are running efficiently

Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve SFDC–Marketo sync issues, including field mapping, data flow errors, and lead lifecycle discrepancies

Develop reporting and dashboards to measure campaign performance and attribution

Troubleshoot system issues, implement enhancements, and stay current on platform capabilities and best practices

Document processes and establish scalable frameworks to support team growth and consistency

You communicate clearly and can translate technical concepts into practical business outcomes

Your experience includes hands-on work with Marketo and Salesforce in a B2B environment

You have a strong understanding of lead management, campaign execution, and marketing funnel metrics

Your background includes building and optimizing marketing programs that contribute to pipeline and revenue

You’re familiar with reporting, attribution models, and data analysis to guide decision-making

You hold (or are working toward) a Marketo Certified Expert credential

You’re comfortable writing and editing HTML and CSS for email and landing page templates
