Role Overview:

Workday Reporting and Integration Specialist to design, builds, and maintains data flows between Workday (HR/Finance) and other systems, using tools like Workday Studio, EIB, and APIs to meet business needs for accurate reporting and seamless operations, collaborating with IT, HR, and Finance to translate requirements into technical solutions, manage issues, and support system updates. Key tasks involve developing reports, troubleshooting errors, ensuring data security, creating documentation, and supporting testing (UAT) for new features and upgrades.
Experience in SQL and e-Signature tools will be a plus

About the role: 

  • Clarify business requirements, map to systems capabilities, and recommend technical solutions. Convert client requirements into technical terms for the development team, and advise clients on resource requirements, scope, budgets, and timing. Develop use cases, customer scenarios, and/or demos, and plan and coordinate testing of the newly developed or enhanced applications between the business and the development teams. Document changes and create troubleshooting guides.
  • Workday Reporting and Integration Specialist designs, builds, and maintains data flows between Workday (HR/Finance) and other systems, using tools like EIB, and APIs to meet business needs for accurate reporting and seamless operations, collaborating with IT, HR, and Finance to translate requirements into technical solutions, manage issues, and support system updates. Key tasks involve developing complex reports, troubleshooting errors, ensuring data security, creating documentation, and supporting testing (UAT) for new features and upgrades.
  • Support MS SQL server HR database and DocuSIgn Application as needed

About you:   

  • Candidates should have the ability to maintain good relationships with business partners.
  • Candidates should have good verbal and written skills
  • Candidates should have good analytical skills to understand tech requirements and provide optimal solutions.
  • Candidates should have  4+ years of experience in HRIT with minimum one year of experience in Workday Reporting.
  • Exposure to AI tools and techniques to improve work efficiency.
  • Knowledge of SQL and e-Signature tools will be a plus.
