Web and Digital Optimization Manager

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Web and Digital Optimization Manager who will play a critical role in managing and optimizing the website, and landing pages, forms, and other digital content for lead generation and product sales.

The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker and a methodical marketer who understands the fundamental elements that build website digital traffic and converts those visitors into qualified leads.

This position requires a high-energy, self-motivated individual that thrives in a fast-paced environment. It is ideal for someone who is eager to make an impact and who possesses the talent and ability to get measurable results in a short amount of time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define, implement, and optimize the website design and digital content strategies to drive audience engagement, reduce friction, drive up conversion rates, drive down bounce rates, and improve search rankings
  • Partner closely with the demand generation, customer marketing, content marketing and product marketing teams to ensure the web experience reflects the business strategy, narrative, and revenue objectives
  • Execute tactical initiatives based on analysis of performance, marketing technology, market opportunities, and best-practices/industry developments
  • Drive a variety of optimization projects leveraging cross-vertical teams of dedicated internal resources: designers, developers, engineers, editors, social media marketers
  • Optimize LinkedIn Talent Solutions experience (traffic, conversion, revenue, friction, visitor engagement, time on site, and technical site performance)
  • Identify high-growth and high-revenue opportunities, guide the demand generation team on executing them, measuring them, and optimizing their performance
  • Brief and work with internal and external agencies on design and implementation projects
     

About You:

  • Demonstrated track record of building and optimizing web and digital experiences to drive growth
  • Excellent communication, project management, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze data and translate web findings clearly for both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Experience partnering with marketing stakeholders across product, demand generation, content marketing and customer marketing teams
  • Competency in Web and business analytics tools and reporting¬†
  • Thrive in a dynamic, performance driven environment
