Job Title:

Sr Director, Digital & Web

Role Overview:

We’re looking for a Sr Director of Digital and Web Marketing who will oversee the company’s digital marketing and web development strategy to drive profitable growth and achieve leadership of Trellix products in cybersecurity. The person in this role will be a strategic leader who drives impactful online experiences that scale customer engagement and growth in online presence and internal capabilities. They will be an integral member of the marketing leadership team, leading the strategy and performance of all organic and paid demand gen activities across all digital platforms.

While there is remote working flexibility, the role requires the person to be local to California.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Lead the development of the digital strategy within the digital marketing and web development teams in accordance with corporate goals

  • Optimize and scale strategies for both organic and paid digital marketing leveraging the latest digital technology

  • Responsible for the integration of all digital tactics and channels across all brands to drive awareness, demand, and loyalty

  • Lead and facilitate the website redesign and website optimization processes from concepting, to hand-off, to launch

  • Communicate effectively with other departments within the organization and function within a team environment.

About You: 

  • Strong understanding of established web and mobile standards and a curiosity about emerging technologies

  • Strong commercial and analytical skills – experience analyzing data and actively communicating business unit KPI's to the executive team and other business units through reports and QBR's

  • Proven track record of converting data-driven analytics to gain consumer insights, drive targeted digital campaigns, optimize user experience, drive conversion and ROI

  • Hands-on experience designing and driving digital campaigns using channels such as paid and organic search, social, display, email, Chat, etc.

  • Demonstrated ability to understand the customer journey and analyze the competitive landscape to drive and optimize digital campaigns

  • Based in California (Bay area).

Base Pay Range: $225K – 275K. Actual base pay within this range will depend on varying circumstances, including the work location, individual qualifications, company budget and other operational business needs. Compensation may also include annual bonuses and long-term incentives, subject to various metrics and company policy.
