Role Overview:

西日本の担当の大手エンタープライズ営業のポジションです。新規顧客の開拓と既存顧客へのアップセル・クロスセル提案の双方を行います。

Your main responsibilities will involve proposing and selling security products and security consulting services to major corporations in Western Japan (from Western Japan to Okinawa).

【The Team】

中部・西日本営業本部の一員として大手アカウント顧客の新規開拓と既存顧客へのアップセル・クロスセルのアカウントマネジメントを担うチームです。
顧客に対して最高の製品ポートフォリオを提供する為、当社の幅広い製品・ソリューション提供していきます。
チームでカバーするエリアは、中部地区・関西地区・中国地区・四国地区・九州沖縄地区と幅広く、全てのインダストリーを担当します。
今期より新設された部門で、フレッシュなチームメンバーの一員として、新メンバーをお迎えします。
新設部門での新たなチャレンジ、過去のキャリアでのエリア戦略を最大限活用いただき、裁量を持ち、自身の営業活動が可能です。
新設部門での営業活動を通し、自身の成長、キャリア形成が行えるチームです。

チーム内で頻繁に勉強会やディスカッションの機会を設けていますので情報発信や共有も行っていきます。

Your Career
・西日本の大企業(西日本~沖縄)に対するセキュリティプロダクト、セキュリティコンサルティングの提案/販売が主な業務です
・担当エリアの約30社前後の大企業を元にテリトリープランを策定

・アカウントプランを策定し、具体的な商談を創出
・新規顧客の開拓と既存顧客へのアップセル・クロスセル提案の双方を行います
・パートナ企業との協業、SE担当や製品部門の営業・SE、その他セキュリティ専門チーム等と協力し、顧客の課題解決
・フォーキャストミーティングでの四半期ごとの数字の管理
 

Your Experience
【必須(MUST)】
・ハイタッチでの法人営業経験3年以上
・ITソリューションの販売経験3年以上
・お客様経営層や部長レベルとのリレーション構築能力
・プレゼンテーション力
・テリトリープランやアカウントプランなどのプランニング力
・四半期毎に設定される数字達成力

【The Team】

We are a team within the Central and Western Japan Sales Headquarters responsible for both new business development with major account customers and account management involving upselling and cross-selling to existing customers. Our aim is to provide the best product portfolio to our customers by offering a wide range of products and solutions. The areas covered by our team are expansive, including the Chubu, Kansai, Chugoku, Shikoku, and Kyushu-Okinawa regions, serving all industries. As a newly established division starting this fiscal year, we are excited to welcome new members to our team, bringing fresh perspectives. In this newly established division, members have the opportunity to leverage their area strategies from past careers, exercise discretion, and conduct their own sales activities. It's a team where personal growth and career development can be achieved through sales activities within the newly established division.

We regularly organize study sessions and discussions within the team to facilitate information sharing.

【Your Career】

Your main responsibilities will involve proposing and selling security products and security consulting services to major corporations in Western Japan (from Western Japan to Okinawa). You will be responsible for developing a territory plan based on approximately 30 large corporations in your assigned area. This includes devising account plans and generating specific deals, both for new customer acquisition and upselling/cross-selling to existing customers. Collaborating with partner companies, SE (Systems Engineering) and sales teams from product departments, and other security specialist teams will be essential for addressing customer challenges. You will also manage quarterly figures in forecast meetings.

【Your Experience】

・At least 3 years of experience in corporate sales with a high-touch approach.
・Over 3 years of experience in selling IT solutions.
・Ability to build relationships with senior management and department heads of customers.
・Strong presentation skills.
・Planning skills including territory and account planning.
・Ability to achieve quarterly set targets.

・Proficiency in English (beneficial for keeping up with the latest information).
・Experience in handling security products.
・Experience in handling network products.
・Experience in handling cloud products.
