Regional Marketing Manager DACH Italy & Eastern Europe

Role Overview:

The Regional Marketing Manager, based in Munich or Dusseldorf and reporting to the Head of Marketing EMEA, is a key contributor to the regional Sales organization, delivering key growth plans for the DACH, Italian and Eastern Europe market.

As a key member of the EMEA Marketing team, the primary responsibility for this role is driving pipeline and enabling sales to achieve new business growth targets in region. You will collaborate with the local Sales teams, our Pre-Sales organization, the Partner & Alliances team, and work closely with global marketing colleagues across a number of functions such as corporate communication & PR, and Digital and Social marketing.

We need someone who has strong goal setting skills, solid execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring they are effective and carried out according to the company’s goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the local Sales teams, be their first point of contact, align marketing campaigns to business as well as Sales team priorities, and be able to clearly communicate marketing strategy and contribution.
  • Work with the Channel team on planned marketing programs in the region and being the marketing point of contact for Channel Partners.
  • Recommend, plan, and lead the execution of regional marketing programs with a focus on generating new pipeline and improving brand recognition of Trellix by leveraging internal support and driving collaboration.
  • Support the global Social Media team and repurpose corporate social media content on local channels.
  • Work alongside global Digital Demand Gen Marketing team and review localization of content and marketing assets to support region.
  • Build strategic relationships and partnerships with key industry players, agencies, and vendors.
  • Ensure all marketing campaigns are delivered on time and ensure an appropriate and considered management of regional field budget.
  • Understand the reporting processes within Trellix and use reporting tools to communicate on performance and outcome of marketing programs in a timely manner to Sales and Marketing stakeholders against agreed targets and performance metrics.

Required qualification & skills:

  • A highly motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced team environment and is readily adaptable to changing market and organizational requirements
  • Proactive and values teamwork as well as continuous learning and the ability to deliver on time while achieving or exceeding business goals
  • Experienced marketeer with a passion for working with field sales: practiced in planning, executing, and reporting of integrated campaigns
  • In-depth knowledge of performance and data-driven marketing
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to think strategically as well as implement tactically
  • Strong English and German oral and writing communications skills is required (Italian and knowledge of target countries would be beneficial)
  • Good PC skills, particularly Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint. An understanding of Salesforce, PowerBI and Marketo would be valuable.
  • Prior experience of working within a global security / software organization advantageous
