Job Title:

Order to Cash Operations Analyst

Role Overview:

Handling order to cash

・General operations of processing orders using SAP and related systems ( data entry, data checks, shipping arrangements, invoicing, etc) 

・Solve problems regarding orders and payments, correspond with clients and relevant internal departments (sales, finance, global IT team, logistics, etc.)

・Participate in global projects, carry out user acceptance tests and more associated with process or system changes

【Knowledge, Skills, Abilities】

・At least 3 years of work experience ※Work experience in the global software company

・Experience using CRM, backbone systems, and other applications. Experience using SAP is a plus

・Strong communication skills (interpersonal coordination ability)

・Ambitious, responsible, easily adapts to changes in environment

・Comfortable communicating in English (mainly writing)

・Can cooperate with domestic and overseas staff and take initiative in carrying out duties as a member of the team

【Preferred Qualifications】

・Experience in dealing with SOX Act.

・Experience of participating for a project
