Role Overview:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and optimal performance of our on premise and cloud infrastructure systems , networks and applications. This role involves proactively identifying potential issues, troubleshooting system alerts and providing technical support to resolve incidents.
About the Role:
- System Monitoring – Continuously monitor the performance of servers, networks and applications using monitoring tools.
- Detect, escalate alerts for abnormal system behaviour or outages.
- Maintain and configure monitoring solutions to track system health and performance metrics.
- Respond to incidents and system alerts in real-time ensuring timely issue resolution within defined SLA.
- Provide First/Second level support for reported issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations
- Coordinate vendor activities as necessary to resolve incidents in the global Infra/Data environment.
- Handle service requests, ensuring timely resolution according to defined SLA's.
- Work Closely with other T3 teams and Devlopment teams to resolve issues.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, procedures and troubleshooting steps.
About you:
- Technical Knowledge
- Understanding of system monitoring tools Such as PagerDuty,Solarwinds,Site24/7
- Familiarity with ticketing system like SymphonySummit , Jira
- Knowledge of cloud services AWS, GCP
- Understanding of DNS,DHCP, TCP/IP, Network devices switch, Router, Firewalls, Load Balancers and Operating systems like Windows and Linux.
- Excellent Verbal and Written communication skills
- Works well in a team environment and can collaborate with cross functional teams
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Bachelor's Degree in information Technology, Computer Science or related field. Graduated in 2022-2024 can apply.
- Post Graduate candidates are not eligible for this program.
- Must be flexible to work in shifts, including nights and weekends as needed.
