About the role:

As a trusted advisor to our enterprise customers, you'll lead by example, embodying Trellix's values and commitment to excellence. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Serving as the primary liaison between Trellix and our valued customers, fostering strong relationships and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
  • Providing leadership and guidance to a dynamic team of professionals, inspiring excellence and driving collective success.
  • Collaborating closely with sales teams to identify and capitalize on services opportunities, contributing to revenue growth and business expansion.
  • Overseeing the end-to-end delivery process, from project initiation to successful completion, while managing bookings and revenue targets.
  • Handling multiple concurrent projects precisely and efficiently, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Required Qualifications:

  • Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) or relevant professional certifications
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software
