Role Overview:

The North America Manager of Commercial Sales is a pivotal leadership position that plays a key role in finding the right solutions to protect strategic customers from device to cloud. Your work will have real world impact and make a tangible difference in keeping people safe from cyber threats.

Playing a key role in developing and growing our NA Mid-Market space this role reports directly to the Director of NA Commercial and Renewal Sales. This position owns the sales strategy for the Mid-Market in the United States and Canada and executes against plan and manages the team to meet growth & development goals.

What You will do:

Develops inside sales strategies, goals and objectives. Conducts regular inside sales reviews to ensure team alignment. Responsible for weekly sales forecasting of Inside sales performance. Works strategically with the sales team. Performs account responsibilities with existing and/or new customers through outbound calls. Identifies key decision makers, determines customer needs, and explains alternative Intel products and services to customers. Recommends most suitable product or service, identify features and benefits, overcome customer objections and close sales. Should be able to cross-sell or up-sell each and every account as appropriate. May direct customers to company web sites or other company resources for information. Sends marketing and sales literature to prospective clients and visits customers occasionally. Qualifies new sales leads, sets up and manages discovery calls in collaboration with Field Sales Representatives, and supports qualified lead conversions. Provides tradeshow support. Defines, creates, and delivers outbound marketing campaigns. Maintains relevancy to Intel products and solutions by participating in webinars, social media, discovery calls, and engineering training. Schedules qualified prospect meetings/demos for Field Sales Representatives. Works closely with Intel geo SMG field sales teams to drive customer adoptions of Intel SW and services. Develop relationships internally and externally with various key stakeholders.

About You:

  • 5+ years of experience selling software or service infrastructure solutions into small and medium enterprise organizations through a scalable partner led sales motion

  • Demonstrated record of building and leading high-performing, geographically-distributed, multifaceted teams

  • Proven experience implementing and leading performance based sales strategies

  • Technical ability to understand Trellix solutions portfolio and help shape solution strategy and development

  • Excellent understanding with mid market go-to-market strategies, including market development with a strategic set of partners and high-velocity account growth

  • Demonstrated ability to use personal knowledge, processes, and solutions selling strategies and methodologies to meet revenue growth objectives

  • Relationship-oriented; demonstrated ability to build credibility at all levels within a customer organization, including C-level executives

  • Creative approach to managing a team of sales professionals
