Education Services Operations Manager
Role Overview:
– Interpret and implement education operations processes for pricing, quoting, scheduling, ensuring delivery, and financial tracking
– Primary responsibility for Latin America operations, while also supporting North America and EMEA operations
Plans/manages education programs or projects to ensure timely quoting, delivery and revenue recognition for training classes. Provides leadership within the project team and serves as a key interface to the project or program. Works on problems/tasks in delivery of education services. Identify tasks, determine dependencies, identify and assign specific resources, communicate expectations to team members, obtain task effort and duration estimates from team members, and create/track the training schedule. Assess risk and identify issues. Monitor and report key metrics. Coordinate resources with other functions. Respond to customers, sales reps, professional services and customer success requests with completeness and clarity. Plans and schedules work to meet deadlines established by others to ensure the completion of several related tasks. Uses judgement in data analysis to develop and design solutions for moderately complex processes.
