Role Overview:

Reporting to the SVP, Products, this role will lead the team that supports the portfolio and business needs of the Products Org which includes PM, PMM, CI and AR

Role Overview:

Reporting to the SVP of Products, you will oversee the highly impactful portfolio and business operations function. In this role you will oversee the team that  will play a key role in partnering with the PM, PMM, CI and AR teams in their strategy building and execution, while providing governance and strategic support via Program Management, Data and Metrics management, Business reviews etc.

This position is for an experienced program management and transformation leader who thrives in a fast-paced and collaborative environment, loves to bring clarity from ambiguity, and knows how to build a culture of trust, growth, collaboration, and excellence

About the Role:

You will lead the Portfolio and Business operations team that will deliver on the following objectives, while partnering with the leadership in Product Management and Product Marketing:

  • Running/Managing the core teams for each of the product portfolios

  • Interlock with functions outside Products

  • PM tooling (backlog, roadmap, OKRs), ideas portal, intake process standup and management

  • Manage important program milestones like Concept, Execute and Launch Commits

  • Product Marketing team operations – Field Comms & Enablement activities, Monthly product calls, Strategic AR activities, roadmap management

  • Financial Metrics and Product/Market Data management to support PM/PMM activities

  • Facilitate Customer and Partner Advisory Boards

  • Facilitate all portfolio QBRs

  • Develop deep and trusted relationships with key stakeholders within and outside of the products organization

  • Drive towards Results – Approach everything with drive and energy with an eye on outcomes

  • Create a talent plan designed to develop, motivate, and retain top talent

  • Influence others, with strong attention to detail, excellent organization skills, and ability to manage multiple projects and responsibility

About You:

  • The ideal candidate has a 10+ year track record of success at Program Management, Portfolio, Strategy and execution excellence

  • Ability to break down complex and strategic initiatives into an executable program / strategy

  • You have strong verbal/written communication & data presentation skills, including an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams, from executive leadership to the company as a whole.

  • Very effective interpersonal skills, with demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with diverse team members and external parties.

  • Ability to prioritize & handle multiple requests concurrently and consistently deliver superior results in a timely fashion.

  • Effective change agent, can lead change, think out of the box, & make new ideas happen. Ability to communicate vision and strategy.

  • You are collaborative, diplomatic, and humble. You have no problem rolling up your sleeves to help when needed.

Base Pay Range: $137 ,500 – $250,000 . Actual base pay within this range will depend on varying circumstances, including the work location, individual qualifications, company budget and other operational business needs. Compensation may also include annual bonuses and long-term incentives, subject to various metrics and company policy.
