Role Overview:

Japan Customer Success Regional Directorとして日本のカスタマーサクセスチームをけん引していただきます。お客様の契約更新やサクセスプランの契約満了を目指し、適切な数字を設定しチームを達成まで導いていただきます。

【主な仕事】

・お客様の契約更新、サクセスプランの契約満了を目指す。

・数字の達成度、パイプラインの管理、営業的な数字の管理。

・日本の市場を戦略的に分析し、論理的思考とデータをもとに目標を正しく設定し達成していく。

・Japan Customer Success Regional Directorとしてチームメンバーのマネジメントと日本のビジネスのリード。

APACチームとのフォーキャストミーティングにてレビューの実施。

【期待する経験値、知識 】

・カスタマーサクセス、リニューアルセールス、テクニカルアカウントマネージャーなどのSaaS型のサービスの提供経験

・チームをマネジメントした経験

・数字、データを活用し、論理的思考と分析力をもとに説明するスキル

社内の他のチームと協業できる能力

・日本語・英語でのコミュニケーション能力(文書・口頭)、プレゼンテーション能力
