DevOps Tools System Administrator
Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced System Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the administration, maintenance, and support of our systems, including Jira, Confluence, and GitHub, as well as other systems as needed.

About the role:

Managing and maintaining systems, including implementing new enhancements, troubleshooting and resolving issues.

Monitoring system performance and making necessary adjustments to ensure optimal functionality.

Evaluate and manage the usage of Atlassian add-ons to meet team and business needs
-
Providing user support and training on systems.
-
Managing user accounts and permissions.
-
Provisioning new Jira projects, Confluence Spaces, and repositories
-
Collaborating with IT and other departments to integrate systems with existing infrastructure.

Staying current on new technologies and making recommendations for improvements.

Maintaining system documentation and procedures.
-
Participating in disaster recovery and business continuity planning.
About you:
-
5 or more years of experience in system administration.

Strong knowledge of Jira, Confluence, and GitHub, as well as experience with other systems.

Experience with Linux and Windows operating systems.

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
-
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.

Familiarity with ITIL framework and IT Service Management principles.

Experience with administration of Cloud environments.

Working knowledge of both Scrum and Kanban methodologies.
