Role Overview:

You will manage a VIC based territory of commercial SMB’s and will be responsible for revenue delivery. As part of a multi-disciplined team including Sales Engineers, you will help define technical aspects of the sale. About the role:

  • Great Hunter opportunity to sell leading edge Security products into SMB’s in Victoria. Account Management upselling to existing customers, as well as generating new opportunities unearthing new logos
  • Mix of Direct Sales and Channel Partner/Distributor collaboration
  • Identifies decision makers, determine customer needs, and explain product/service alternatives.
  • Recommends the most suitable products/service, identifies features and benefits, overcomes customer objections, and closes sale and prepares appropriate documentation.
  • Cross-sell or up-sell each account whilst working with the wider Sales and Pre-Sales team members.
  • Inform and engage customers using persuasive techniques to motivate customers; urge timely action toward actual purchases with Trellix.
  • Provide customer service to existing customers to ensure satisfaction via internal contact with Sales or external contacts with Distributors.

About you: 

  • You have around 3 to 6 years of hunting and business development skills and experience selling into the commercial Tech space
  • Successful candidates will have direct experience managing and owning an individual pipeline of opportunities, with closed/won revenue
  • Strong communication and Account Management skills, good knowledge of principles and methods for showcasing, promoting and selling products and solutions.
  • Cyber security background is preferred
  • A willingness to work and play-to win with Trellix.
