About the role:

• A drive to move the Engineering and Site operations processes forward, providing administration and support for the Operations team.

• Coordinate and publish reports at regular cadence.

• Knowledge on maintaining Sharepoint, Confluence, Power BI and Jira for process related activities.

• Create tools and apps for enhancing ops efficiency.

• Conduct research to understand tool capabilities and underlying technologies. Improve process and tools.

• Continual learning and development.

Technical skills:

• You have knowledge and experience in dealing with usage admin, development of Jira, MS Teams, SharePoint, PowerBi and other tools.

• Coding skills, Artificial intelligence will be added advantage.

• You have a thorough knowledge of business practices and procedures. Provide solutions to a wide range of difficult problems.
