Role Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual to support our office operations and administrative tasks. The Office Administration Apprentice will work closely with our administrative team to ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of our office environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is eager to learn and gain valuable experience in a fast-paced software company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with general office duties, including answering phones, managing email correspondence, and maintaining office supplies.

  • Help organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and events.

  • Assist with travel arrangements and expense reporting for staff members.

  • Maintain organized filing systems for documents and records.

  • Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.

  • Learn and utilize office software and tools, including Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.

  • Contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of office operations by identifying areas for improvement and suggesting solutions.

  • Adhere to company policies and procedures and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

About you:

  • Any graduate or postgraduate required.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Google Workspace (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

  • Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks.

  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

  • Previous office or administrative experience is preferred but not required.
