Role Overview:
-Role Overview: This HR apprentice role involves supporting recruitment, onboarding, HR
administration, training and development, and employee engagement initiatives. The ideal
candidate is a detail-oriented student pursuing a relevant degree, with strong communication and
organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and previous relevant experience are beneficial.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment Support:
• Assist with posting job openings on job boards and social media platforms.
• Screen resumes and schedule interviews.
• Coordinate interview logistics and communicate with candidates.
- Onboarding Assistance:
• Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing offer letters and new
hire paperwork.
• Coordinate orientation sessions and assist with new hire orientation activities.
- HR Administration:
• Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems.
• Assist with employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
• Help with filing, scanning, and organizing HR documents.
- Training and Development:
• Assist in organizing training sessions and workshops.
• Coordinate training logistics and communicate with participants.
• Support the tracking of employee training and development activities.
- Employee Engagement:
• Assist with planning and organizing employee engagement initiatives and events.
• Collect feedback and suggestions from employees to improve engagement activities.
Qualifications:
• Completed the degree in Human Resources Management/ Management courses/
Psychology Degree/Business Administration/Technical degree, or a related field.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Previous internship or relevant work experience is a plus.
