Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Support:
- Assist with
posting job openings on job boards and social media platforms.
- Screen resumes
and schedule interviews.
- Coordinate
interview logistics and communicate with candidates.
Onboarding Assistance:
- Support the
onboarding process for new hires, including preparing offer letters and
new hire paperwork.
- Coordinate
orientation sessions and assist with new hire orientation activities.
HR Administration:
- Maintain
employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems.
- Assist with
employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
- Help with
filing, scanning, and organizing HR documents.
Training and Development:
- Assist in
organizing training sessions and workshops.
- Coordinate
training logistics and communicate with participants.
- Support the
tracking of employee training and development activities.
Employee Engagement:
- Assist with
planning and organizing employee engagement initiatives and events.
- Collect feedback
and suggestions from employees to improve engagement activities.
Qualifications:
- Currently
pursuing a degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration,
or related field.
- Strong
communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent
organizational and time management abilities.
- Detail-oriented
with a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to
maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
- Proficiency in
Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Previous
internship or relevant work experience is a plus.
